Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
Monday 11 January 2021
In line with UK Government advice about coronavirus (COVID-19), performances of The Prince of Egypt are cancelled until Saturday 14 March 2021. If further cancellations are necessary, they will continue to be announced in line with the latest advice.
If you have booked directly with the theatre or show website for a cancelled performance on or before 14 March 2021, please be assured that the theatre will contact you directly to arrange an exchange, credit note or refund.
If you have booked via a ticket agent, they will also be in contact with you directly. As you can imagine, we have an unprecedented number of ticket orders which we are processing in strict date order of performance.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as the current circumstances mean that it may not be possible to process all tickets within our usual 14 days. Please do not contact your credit card company as that will slow the process down and put an additional burden on our box office and ticket agent teams.
In order for us to serve our audiences as best we can, please do not get in touch withyour point of sale if you have booked for performances after 14 March 2021, but please be reassured that if we do have to officially cancel future performances you will be directly contacted by your ticket provider.
Whilst we await further advice from the UK Government, new sales have been temporarily suspended for performances prior to 3 May 2020. We will continue to provide updates to all ticketholders as additional information becomes available, and performances will officially resume pending UK Government advice.
